The famous physicist, Albert Einstein, attached importance to curiosity, to the need for continually asking questions. Yet too often we end up asking the same questions, going round in circles, getting nowhere.
My work focuses on creating safe and non-judgemental thinking spaces to effect positive change.
Counselling and psychotherapy may be appropriate if you are experiencing emotional or psychological distress. This can include anxiety, stress, feeling low or depressed, lacking in confidence or low self-esteem, trauma, eating disorders, psychosomatic problems; all of which may be triggered by life events such as loss or bereavement, relationship difficulties, employment related issues, health concerns, financial crisis, isolation.
A coaching approach within a therapeutic frame may be appropriate for a more goal directed way of working.
